This General License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Melanie V. Byrne ("Licensor"), the owner of the copyrighted digital guides (the "Guides"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Guides, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

## License Grant

Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Guides solely for personal, non-commercial use. This license is granted subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

## Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Guides are the property of Licensor and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Guides, including any updates, modifications, or enhancements, remain with Licensor.

## Restrictions on Use

The User agrees not to:

1. Copy, distribute, or reproduce the Guides in any form, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.

2. Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Guides to any third party.

3. Use the Guides for any commercial purposes or in any manner that competes with Licensor’s business.

4. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Guides.

5. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Guides.

## Termination

Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the User’s access to the Guides at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Guides and destroy any copies in their possession.

## Disclaimer of Warranties

The Guides are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the Guides will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

## Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Guides, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

## Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].

## Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Licensor concerning the use of the Guides and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.

## Amendments

Licensor reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on its website or providing notice to the User. Continued use of the Guides after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
